Concept that are entirely new, even the production process could be innovative. Like this shade ball. Tradionally shade balls are produced through blowmolding or ultrasonic welding. In this case the shade balls are falling closed and hollow out of an injection machine. This ensures a stable production process but also a reliable end product. This is made possible by a second injectionprocess during the production cycle after repositioning. The process is theoretical sound and with interest out of the market we are going to take the challenge to take the shade balls into production. Because as of now this idea only exist on paper.

Shade balls are keeping the sunlight away from the water in the basin. This improves the water quality and it should decrease the amount of evaporation of the water. Which is a positive aspect of this product
